The purchase of Fibertec supports Metiri’s ambition to be the first choice for environmental analytical laboratory services. Fibertec Industrial Hygiene Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Fibertec, Inc (Fibertec Environmental Services), was sold to ERG, Inc. on January 1, 2021.  The new entity is currently called FIHS/ERG, and no longer has any financial  or ownership ties to Fibertec.

This sale allows Fibertec, Inc. (Fibertec Environmental Services) to focus more energy on our core business of providing Laboratory and Drilling services to our clients.   All Sales and Marketing staff have remained with Fibertec, Inc. in this transition.  All invoices issued by Fibertec, Industrial Hygiene Services  billed prior to January 1, 2021 must still be remitted to Fibertec Industrial Hygiene Services, Inc. at our corporate address (1914 Holloway Drive, Holt, Michigan 48842).

The name Fibertec is staying with the Laboratory and Drilling company and is not part of this sale.
