Fibertec has worked with several Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) providers in the mid-west. LIF, a field-portable UVOST system, allows for the rapid screening of LNAPL (petroleum based non-aqueous phase liquids) and PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) in the subsurface using a tool compatible with our Geoprobe.

This tool can quickly determine if contamination exists, and where the contamination is at your site, so you can readily set monitoring wells or take confirmatory samples.
